After an initial assessment together we connect weekly and tailor a lifestyle completely to your individual needs, goals qne dietary preferences.

My mission with these programs is to support leaders in putting their workforce on the road to living a healthier life. Creating nutrition and fitness programs tailored to your team's needs specifically doesn't have to be complicated. I am dedicated to creating simple solutions tailored to your needs and budget and help you to encourage your team to eat better, move more and live a healthier and happier life.

Depending on your preferences the programs can be in English, Hungarian and bilingual and either completely online or in person in Budapest, Hungary.
